Yes, Ohio Administrative Code sections 4901:1-25-02(A)(2) and (3) require sales reported to the Commission be reported in megawatt hours, and separated by customer class and by service territory.

How do I change the person authorized to file market monitoring reports in my account?
The new filer needs to send an email with the information below to MarketMonitoring@puco.ohio.gov. PUCO staff will verify the information and both parties will receive an email confirmation when the changes are complete.

How do I reset my password?
Users can reset their password by correctly answering a security question or via a reset link sent to the email address associated with their account.
How do I modify my account information?
Registered users can update an email address, and change their user name, password and security information in PUCO Services account management. To add or change individuals authorized to file reports in your account contact, marketmonitoring@puco.ohio.gov.
How do I modify my certificate information?
Material changes to a certificate must be made by filing a material change in the organization’s docket. For information on how to change certificate information, send an email to CRES@puco.ohio.gov. For information on filing in the PUCO’s docketing system, contact the Docketing Division at (614) 466-4095.
